You may pull your official ASCRS CME transcript on the ASCRS member portal. Please visit http://members.ascrs.org/ASCRS/CreditRecord/ and select the Date Range (optional) and Credit Type for your transcript. (Please note: you will have to login using your ASCRS member username and password.)
You may also access your Credit Record via the My Account button at the top of the website when logged in, then select the Credit Record option under the Your Info section.

ABO Self-Assessment CME (SACME) Credits
Portions of the 2017 ASCRS•ASOA Annual Meeting meet the Self-Assessment CME requirements defined by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO). Please be advised that the ABO is not an accrediting body for purposes of any CME program. ABO does not sponsor this or any outside activity, and ABO does not endorse any particular CME activity. Complete information regarding the ABO Self-Assessment CME Maintenance of Certification requirements are available here.
The following sessions from the 2017 ASCRS•ASOA Annual Meeting have been pre-approved as self-assessment credit by the ABO, for a maximum of 7.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ that qualify for SACME:

For Self-Assessment CME, complete your standard CME evaluation and keep track of the sessions you attended to report them within your standard ABO MOC credit reporting. MOC credit is self-reported by the learner and must be tracked individually. Note: ASCRS does not keep track of the SACME sessions an individual attends and will not be able to provide a report containing this information.
Credit designated as “self-assessment” is AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ and is also pre-approved by the ABO for the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Part II CME requirements.
