Even after 30 years since its description, an easy and efficacious method to treat Negative Dysphotopsia (ND) was unknown. We present a new device, ND Ring, invented by one of the authors to prevent and treat ND. Mode of its action, surgical technique and results of prospective interventional study in 38 eyes show that ND Ring is a very safe and effective device for managing ND.
