We have developed an artificial capsular bag that prevents secondary cataract and adhesion between IOL and capsular bag after cataract surgery. It can be combined with all 6mm diameter IOL. There are clinically no cases with anterior or posterior capsule opacities or adhesions between capsule and IOL after more than one year suregery, allowing for prevention of secondary cataract and IOL exchange.
