We will demonstrate techniques for anterior vitrectomy through both limbal and pars plana approaches and show how to remove cortical lens material efficiently and safely in the presence of capsular rent and vitreous prolapse. We will also touch on in-the-bag and sulcus /optic capture IOL placement in this context.
