34 yo female complaining of acute visual loss, accompanied by corneal opacity in the left eye.She has a history of PKP, secondary to KTC 8 years prior.BCVA was 20/250, edema in the nasal sector in the recipient cornea.In the anterior segment OCT, a Descemet rupture was observed.The diagnosis of acute corneal hydrops was made.Medical treatment was given with complete resolution of the condition.
