Ab-interno Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgeries (MIGS) target the trabecular meshwork to improve aqueous drainage. The effectiveness of this approach in real life scenarios remains debated. This video uses Trypan Blue to visualise and assess the immediate impact of trabecular meshwork removal on aqueous outflow. The dye delineated flow patterns, offering a real-time prediction of MIGS success.
