Stevens-Johnson syndrome can lead to devastating ocular complications, including severe dry eye, lid margin keratinization, symblepharon, limbal stem cell deficiency. This video will review these complications and their management. Additionally, we will present a surgical video of symblepharonlysis and fornix reconstruction using amniotic membrane and mitomycin C in a patient with this syndrome.
