The original bleb was focal, anterior, and ischemic with a brisk leak. There's no signs of infection but the leak was too brisk to self heal with medical therapy. The video shows an open conjunctiva approach, resection of ischemic tissue, forniceal releasing incision to mobilize and advance healthy conjunctiva, tenectomy to enhance survival of the new bleb, and a secure winged suture closure.
