We present the case of a girl aged 24 years who presented to the outpatient department of our hospital for refractive surgery. She was planned for SMILE procedure bilaterally. During the end of the SMILE procedure in her right eye, she suddenly uprolled her eyeball, which led to suction loss at the stage of cap side-cut. In this video, we describe how we innovatively managed the case.
