This video demonstrates limbal stem cell transplantation using keratolimbal allograft and cataract surgery in a patient with GVHD and bilateral total limbal stem cell deficiency and mature cataract. During >4 years of follow up, he retained a vision of 20/20 with scleral contact lenses. Various techniques of limbal stem cell transplantation will be reviewed in this video.
