Suprachoroidal haemorrhage can be a devastating complication during intraocular surgery. In this video, we demonstrate the tips and tricks to identify the early signs of suprachoroidal haemorrhage during phacoemulsification and the sequence of events. We will discuss the step-wise management including intraoperative manoeuvres and postoperative decision making for repeat intervention.
