A young male with bilateral anterior lenticonus and Alport syndrome, underwent clear lens extraction with femtosecond laser in one eye and Zepto Precision Pulse Capsulotomy in the other eye .Manual continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis (CCC) is difficult in anterior lenticonus . In the video, we describe the surgical tips and tricks and usefulness of these technologies in anterior lenticonus.
