Dr. Prado faces a surgical challenge while trying to address 360° of the angle in a 4-month-old patient with unilateral primary congenital glaucoma. At first, GATT is attempted; yet only few meridians are attained. Due to lack of post-surgical IOP control, a second intervention will be necessary. Dr. Prado will now use every tool she owns in hope of achieving this angle attack... at all costs.
