Male 54 yo, with blunt ocular trauma on the left eye. VA: hand movement, with an intumescent nasally subluxated cataract, and a 180° zonulodialysis. Pars plana anterior vitrectomy is performed, then the luxated lens bag from meridian VI- XII is stabilized employing capsular hooks, cataract aspiration, and a Cionni ring placed. At the one-month follow up visit 20/100 (.) 20/30 IOL still centered.
