Various hydration techniques have been used for the closure of clear corneal incisions. We identified that the reason for incision leakage is usually in the posterior flap of the incision, so we focused on its hydration. Hydration is performed through the bottom of the incision. It regularly results in stopping the leakage of the incision and improving its morphology.
