We demonstrate a video showing- 4-flanged hybrid fixation technique for dislocated CTR-IOL bag complex. A 3-port, 25-gauge pars plana vitrectomy was performed to free it, then repositioned below the iris with PFCL & refixated using both ab-interno and ab-externo techniques. Postoperative imaging showed a well-centered IOL with minimal tilt.
