77 year-old female presents for cataract surgery. VA was 20/40 in the OD and LP in OS. Examination revealed PXF OU. LOCS in OS NONC5C5P5 with phacodonesis. Dilation 4x4 mm ACD 1.99 mm and LT 6.77 mm. SICS with PMMA lens was scheduled. At surgery in view of zonular weakness, intracapsular extraction was perfomed, Specular Microscopy showed 2089, an AC lens was implanted.VA 4w post-Sx is 20/100.
