A novel cannula and DMEK delivery technique has been developed and validated at the Lions World Vision Institute,Tampa. The DMEK graft placement in the cannula and endo-in configuration enables the Descemet's membrane graft to open up spontaneously, completely and correctly oriented, through fluid transfer controlled by the surgeon. This enables DMEK surgery in complex anterior chambers.
