Scleral-sutured intraocular lens (IOL) suture replacement is a rare surgery to address complications related to previous SFIOL. This condition can arise due to suture degradation, breakage leading to lens dislocation. In our case, loosened scleral suture and scleral melting caused the irritation with scleritis. Old suture and replacement with new one with overlying patch was presented.
