White and intumescent cataracts pose significant challenges during surgery, particularly due to the risk of spontaneous capsulorhexis tears, the Argentinean Flag Sign. This video demonstrates the phaco capsulotomy technique, a safe and effective method to prevent these tears by depressurizing the capsular bag. This approach enhances the safety and success of cataract surgeries in complex cases.
