During lenticule dissection, with our DASP delineation technique, posterior plane delineation is performed in central 1 mm with anterior plane delineation on both sides of cap side cut. Stop sign is elicited at both edges of posterior plane. A novel 'release sign' is described in our new technique giving reconfirmation of correct plane dissection in all types of lenticule extraction procedure.
