Femtosecond-Laser-Assisted Cataract Surgery (FLACS) can be an effective alternative for treating an intralenticular foreign body. This technique allows for precise adjustment of the size and centering of the capsulorhexis, as well as the subsequent implantation of an intraocular lens, even when the anterior capsule is perforated.
