A 12 year old boy with a nerf gun injury causing traumatic iridodialysis, zonular weakness, and a white cataract. A model was used to plan for a sowing machine technique to repair the iris. The white cataract and zonular weakness were repaired using aspiration and an ahmed segment, respectively.
