This a case where a nano thin graft of 42 μm was used to revitalize vision. BSCVA 3 months after the surgery was 20/25. Specifically, the descemet membrane was removed from the side port. Using nano thin grafts offers a better visual outcome for the patient by reducing the hypermetropic shift. Nano thin DSEAK offers lesser complication rates and comparable post-operative endothelial cells to DMEK.
