This is the case of a 33 year old male with history of blunt trauma, he came to APEC Hospital de la Ceguera in Mexico City because of progressive loss of vision. He had a traumatic cataract, a sphincter rupture and iridodialysis from 10 to 11 o’clock meridians. This film shows the iris repair and the pupilloplasty using the Single Four-Throw technique.
