In this video, we describe a novel technique of massaging the intumescent lens to decrease the intra-lenticular pressure. The white cataract with fluid pockets is massaged with the help of a bimanual irrigation aspiration probe. We hypothesize that the fluid in the lens gets displaced from the centre to the equator of the lens, ensuring that we achieve a central continuous capsulorhexis.
