A series of challenging DSAEK surgeries: 1) A re-DSAEK in a high risk vitrectomised eye that was challenging due to the graft's symphysis with the stroma. 2) A nano-thin DSAEK (41μm) where the Descemet's membrane is being scraped and ejected from a nano-port. 3) A patient's cornea with CCT 1146 μm where an ultra-thin DSAEK was performed. All of these cases achieved great visual results.
