A post-PKP patient suffered ocular trauma with 180° graft dehiscence, 230° iridodialysis, and lens loss, initially managed with globe closure using corneal sutures. This film presents complete iridodialysis repair with careful iris unfolding and scleral fixation using the flanged suture technique, followed by scleral-fixated IOL implantation under limited visibility from corneal sutures.
