This film demonstrates two novel intraoperative signs which confirm accurate placement of the iStent in the angle. First, luminal blood reflux- elicited by flushing the iStent lumen and gentle anterior chamber decompression. Second, the Schlemm's Bidirectional Fluid Wave- observable in Schlemm's segments adjacent to the iStent. Both signs may be elicited safely, quickly and by any iStent surgeon.
