The patient presented with a complex white cataract and iris synechiae, along with limbal stem cell deficiency secondary to a previous corneal infection. Despite the limited view, we were able to perform cataract surgery, and a simple limbal epithelial transplant (SLET) from the contralateral healthy eye and tarsorraphy achieving anatomical success.
