Reflux hyphema is known following Gonioscopy assisted transluminal trabeculotomyGATT). We intend to describe a surgical technique, which will reduce the rate of intraoperative and postoperative hyphema, thereby enhancing the surgical outcomes of GATT. The carefully curated four-step technique involves tamponading with air, saline, adrenaline, and viscoelastics along with a wait-and-watch approach.
