This video demonstrates surgical management of a patient with aniridia, traumatic cataract, and corneal scarring. Superficial keratectomy addressed the scar, while dense cataract removal required conversion from phaco to extracapsular extraction with vitrectomy and ISHF-IOL (Yamane) fixation. BrightMEM anterior keratoplasty (BMAK) with sutures was performed to promote epithelial regeneration.
