A 36-year-old male patient with congenital glaucoma, Haab striae, and corneal edema underwent DSAEK. Intraoperatively, large bands of Haab striae were removed, allowing the DSAEK graft to lie flat against the host cornea. The case highlights the increased risk of corneal decompensation in patients with congenital glaucoma and Haab striae.
