Up to 3% of patients may experience negative dysphotopsias (ND) 1 year after cataract surgery. One effective treatment option is repositioning of the intraocular lens to reverse optic capture configuration. This short film of a resident-performed case highlights surgical techniques that can be used at the resident level to perform an intraocular lens repositioning for management of persistent ND.
