We describe two cases of intraocular lens dislocation attached scleral wall requiring unique lifting strategies. In a pediatric patient with an Artisan lens, Biolon injection beside the IOL optic, pulling with the Biolon canula, acted like a magnet for retrieval. In contrast, an adult with a one-piece IOL and Soemmering ring required direct scleral stiletto manipulation through a sclerotomy.
