This video demonstrates a novel Seesaw Technique, a bidirectional method for toric IOL alignment. The I&A tip acts as the base of the seesaw, serving as a central pivot. With the aid of a second instrument, the surgeon can rotate the lens clockwise or counterclockwise, achieving precise alignment while minimizing stress on the capsule and zonules.
