This video demonstrates ab-interno canaloplasty using the iTrack Advance in an eye with two existing iStents. The microcatheter is advanced 360° through Schlemm’s canal, breaking adhesions and delivering OVD to viscodilate the canal, restore outflow, and enhance aqueous drainage via the conventional pathway. The iStents are already implanted in the eye but do not obstruct the procedure.
