Join us on a journey through phaco machines, phacodynamics, and fluidics in cataract surgery. As a young surgeon, it can sometimes be challenging to fully understand phaco parameters. The purpose of this video is to guide trainees in safely managing vacuum, flow, and ultrasound, maintaining chamber stability, reducing intraocular stress, and in this way progressively refining surgical technique.
