A novel one-hand technique for interface irrigation in KLEx allows wide needle mobility through a 2–3 mm incision using a pivot concept. The syringe is stabilized with thumb and middle finger, while the index finger controls flow. This method improves early visual outcomes, reduces risk of corneal distortion or flap tear, and is useful for managing epithelial ingrowth.
