This film presents a novel, minimally invasive flange technique using 7-0 Prolene with a 16mm spatulated needle to manage complex situations, including iridodialysis repair, ab-interno scleral IOL fixation, and capsular support hook in weak zonules. It requires minimal tools and time, yields excellent outcomes, and has a short learning curve.
