We have developed a new pupil dilator with a four-leaf clover shape and moderate elasticity. The arms are easily deformable and exert little pressure on the iris, making it easy to install while minimizing damage to the iris. It also minimizes pressure on the anterior capsule, making it particularly useful for capsule support technique in cases with a weak zonule.
