Bilateral infectious keratitis is a rare but very serious condition which requiring prompt diagnosis and treatment to prevent vision loss .The video showed a challenging case of female patient with bilateral infectious keratitis due to contact lens wear .Two surgical techniques were done Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty in one eye and Penetrating keratoplasty in the other .
