Many different techniques have been described for repositioning subluxated IOLs or in-the-bag IOL subluxation. However, realigning a multifocal toric IOL remains an unsolved challenge. In this new proposal, a 30G needle is threaded with 10-0 Mersilene, which allows us to suture the dislocated multifocal toric IOL, centering it in the eye and aligning it with the correct astigmatic axis.
