A 26y/M with open globe injury (LE, RTA) had tri-radiant corneal tear, uveal prolapse & lens extrusion. Emergency repair done. Though BCVA was 6/24 with corneal scarring, he developed refractory glaucoma, aphakia & iris loss→treated with Ahmed Glaucoma Valve + scleral-fix Aniridia IOL. 2 years later, corneal decompensation required optical PK + AGV trim. Final BCVA: 6/9 – an exceptional recovery!
