The patient is a known case of glaucoma. He has a history of three failed corneal grafts in the right eye and is aphakic in the same eye. Visual acuity is light perception in the right eye and no light perception in the left eye. Intraocular pressure is 15 mmHg in the right eye and 14 mmHg in the left eye. The patient is seeking surgical intervention for his failed graft in the right eye.
