IOL exchange cases are not limited to simple replacement of Monofocal lenses with Multifocal lenses. More complex procedures are required for cases with complications, such as IOL dislocation or IOL subluxation following cataract surgery at other ophthalmic facilities. Using cases as lens extraction and scleral fixation of Multifocal lenses, we introduce important surgical tips.
