Ectopia lentis surgery with crystalline capsular bag preservation, performed in childhood, may eventually lead to refractive error due to eyeball growth and dislocation of the in-the-bag IOL secondary to zonular weakness. We propose a novel technique to address these complications in a single-stage surgical procedure.
