Scleral fixation is one of the surgical techniques used for secondary intraocular lens implantation in cases where the capsular bag is absent. We use various techniques and instruments for this purpose. The aim of the video is to demonstrate and explain the behaviour of various scleral fixations in dry lab and wet lab conditions.
