67 yo male patient, with history of multiple episodes of herpetic keratitis in his RE, with consequent scarring and cataract. In LE, he has a history of a retinal artery occlusion. VA right eye: hand movement. VA left eye: no light perception. We performed an autokeratoplasty, with cataract removal and IOL insertion in the RE. In LE we use and tectonic graft. 1month post op VA 20/400 (.)20/250.
