The video demonstrates phacoemulsification in an eye with a posterior polar cataract. Due to the high risk of posterior capsule rupture, hydrodelineation is performed instead of hydrodissection. Despite precautions, PCR occurs. Chamber stability is maintained with OVD, followed by anterior vitrectomy and cortical aspiration. A three-piece IOL is placed in the sulcus, achieving a stable outcome.
